We accept the payment by any of the following modes:
- Cash (up to INR 20,000 per Annum per Client)
- Pay Order (PO) / Demand Draft (DD) / Manager's Cheque / Banker's Cheque / Local Clearing or At Par Payable Cheque
- National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) / Real Time Gross Transfer (RTGS)
- Interbank Mobile / Immediate Payment Service (IMPS)
- International Wire Transfer / PayPal (Merchant Charges Extra)

By using any of the payment modes, you do agree here the terms and conditions while making payment of legal fee, as under,

- That all the fee paid through these modes is the fee agreed by you to pay towards professional legal services rendered or to be rendered to you by the firm or by any one of the advocate of the firm in its behalf.
- That you have authorise and appoint the firm to render legal services to you.
- No cancellation can be accepted or No refund of fee shall be made, if the legal services towards which the payment was made, has already availed.
- In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s), then we must be notified of the same in writing by an email at [email protected] prior to 24 hours of the scheduled consultation. Then we will refund your payment within 10 working days through NEFT/Cheque, after nominal deduction of 20%, upon submission of some necessary documents and declaration.
- That in case when the fee has been paid in advance and our team has started working on your case file and substantial drafting or legal research has completed, then no fee shall be refunded.
- That in case of advance payment made towards drafting of legal notice, contract, deeds, pleadings or any other documents, we shall not accept cancellation or refund of fee, if preliminary draft is sent to you.
- That in case of advance payment made towards drafting of legal notice, contract, deeds, pleadings or any other documents, we may accept cancellation or refund of fee, if request for cancellation is made within 24 hours of making payment, in writing through email. In that case nominal deduction of 20% shall be made towards processing charges.
- If in case preliminary draft of the assignment is sent to you. Thereafter, no request of cancellation/refund of fee shall be entertained.
- We discourage clients depositing cash in our bank account. However, you may deposit cash with our dealing advocate or at our office.
- If Cheque/PO/DD is not payable at Jaipur &/or if our bank levies extra charges for its realisation, we regret that we will be unable to process your request until realisation of the complete payment.
- Interest will be charged @2% per month or part there of on overdue invoice amount.
- All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
